Returns & Refunds

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the 30 days.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also be asked for proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received we will notify you by email about the status of your return. Once approved you will be issued a store credit via email. Store credit can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.

Sale & Seasonal Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for return.
  • Items discounted 40% or more are considered final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. Please email us at hello@lilkrewco.com to begin the exchange process.
